Mark Winger, CFA, CPA, ABV

Mark Winger is a Manager at Value Management Inc. VMI is a financial consulting firm specializing in valuing businesses, corporate securities, and professional practices. VMI also facilitates mergers and acquisitions. Mark is responsible for providing research and performing financial and economic analyses for the valuation of closely held enterprises, professional practices and publicly traded securities.  Mr. Winger has over 28 years of experience within the business valuation profession.  Prior to VMI, Mr. Winger served in various roles at Gordon Brothers Asset Advisors and American Appraisal Associates, including the management of valuation engagements for financial reporting, income tax reporting and lending purposes.  Mark has completed projects involving companies in a wide variety of industries, with an emphasis on oil and gas reserves.  Mr. Winger received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University.  He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Accredited Senior Appraiser designations.
