Kaitlin Wilusz is a Director at Value Management Inc. VMI is a financial consulting firm specializing in valuing businesses, corporate securities, and professional practices. VMI also facilitates mergers and acquisitions. Kaitlin is responsible for providing research and performing financial and economic analyses for the valuation of closely held enterprises, professional practices and publicly traded securities. Prior to VMI, Kaitlin was a senior financial analyst at Ernst & Young where she worked within the Valuation & Modeling group, specializing in financial services. Ms. Wilusz received a Bachelor of Science degree presented Summa Cum Laude in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics from Fairfield University. Ms. Wilusz is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. She is also a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) institute and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
