Brandon Nelson, ABV

Brandon Nelson is a Manager at Value Management Inc. VMI is a financial consulting firm specializing in valuing businesses, corporate securities, and professional practices. VMI also facilitates mergers and acquisitions. Brandon is responsible for preparing valuation analyses for privately held companies.  These tasks include preparation of schedules, economic and industry research, inputting data, and performing guideline searches for the valuation of closely held enterprises, professional practices and publicly traded securities.  Brandon has a business valuation background with a focus in ESOPs. Previously he was working with ESI Equity. Mr. Nelson received a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the Univeristy of Minnesota.
