Mr. Wilusz has been actively engaged in the appraisal profession since 1980. He has qualified as a business valuation expert witness and provided testimony in the following states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. He is a Senior Member - Business Valuation in the American Society of Appraisers; a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); a past member of the ESOP Association's Valuation Advisory Committee and Past Chairman of Sub-Committee to update Valuing ESOP Shares; Director and Past-President of Bucks County Estate Planning Council; and Past-President of the Philadelphia Chapter of American Society of Appraisers. Ed currently serves as treasurer of Pearl S. Buck International and Director of the Bucks County College Foundation Board. |

Andrew has been active in the appraisal profession since 1991 and has valued or assisted in the valuation of hundreds of businesses and entities spanning numerous industries. As the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, he serves as a transaction intermediary, initiating and negotiating the purchase and sale of privately held companies. Mr. Wilusz is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and currently sits on the Program, Membership, and Ethics Committees. Mr. Wilusz is also a member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, sitting on its Board of Directors, in addition to being the Editor of its Newsletter. |
