Communication between the seller and the intermediary frequently begins during the process of determining whether or not to sell. At this initial stage, VMI avails itself to meet and speak with the seller. Often discussed are issues dealing with preliminary pricing, fees, logistics and initial opinions concerning the potential market for the subject business. Once the decision to sell has been made, VMI provides the following services for the sellers of the business:

Communication between the prospective buyer and the intermediary frequently begins during the process of determining whether or not to purchase. At this initial stage, VMI avails itself to meet and speak with the buyer. Often discussed are issues dealing with pricing ranges and narrowing the acquisition search. In general, our analysts address the concerns of the buyer and offer any assistance necessary to be helpful in the decision-making process. Once the decision to purchase has been made, VMI provides the following services, as an intermediary, for purchasers of businesses:
